Paul Wilson

Paul J. Wilson is the former Managing Director and Founder of Xpress Recruitment and Xpress Recruit Genie, which he led for 21 years before successfully selling both businesses in 2024. Under his leadership, Xpress became Scotland’s leading specialist in hospitality and retail permanent recruitment. Xpress Recruit Genie went on to establish itself as a standalone brand under Recruit Genie Europe, becoming a highly successful recruitment ATS platform.

Over the past five years, Paul has served as Chairman of Springboard UK’s Employability Steering Committee. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, a founding member of the UK Buell Consulting Group, and a former Chair of the HIT POETS Lunch and Industry Dinner. He currently serves as a Board Trustee of HIT Scotland.
