The countdown has begun! Get ready to dress to impress for an unforgettable night filled with celebration, entertainment, and generosity. This year’s Highland Dinner is set to deliver more excitement, more energy, and even more reasons to raise your glass.

Your host for the evening, STV’s Nicola McAlley, will take the spotlight as MC, leading us through a night brimming with entertainment and fundraising.

We’re thrilled to be supported by an outstanding group of Scottish hospitality partners, who will be serving up flowing drinks and mouth-watering food to perfectly complement the festivities.

The evening begins with a high-energy Icebreaker to set the tone for the night ahead. From there, we dive into our raffles and auctions, bursting with incredible prizes. With his trademark charm and showmanship, Ian Thain returns to the stage, bringing flair, humour, and big-hearted bidding to help drive our fundraising mission forward.

Every penny raised goes towards HIT Scotland’s essential mission—funding scholarships and development opportunities for rising stars in Scottish hospitality.

And don’t slip away after dessert—Highland Fire will be lighting up the dance floor to close the night in style.

We welcome back our favourite Master of Ceremonies, Boogie of Forth One’s ‘Boogie in the Morning’ and are delighted to welcome the Hebridean Baker, Coinneach MacLeod, as our after- lunch speaker. Born and raised on the beautiful island of Lewis, Coinneach was inspired by family recipes, Scottish flavours and the myths & legends of the Hebrides to write his four cookbooks, which have made him Scotland’s best-selling cookbook author.

A host of attendees from the hospitality sector will come together for a fun afternoon to help raise funds to continue the development of talent in the industry and we are ably assisted by an amazing array of Scottish hospitality companies, who enhance our lunch with free-flowing drink and delicious food.

The Rhubarb Club begins with a champagne and canapés reception in The Tapestry Room, followed by a three-course meal with specially selected wines in the iconic Rhubarb Restaurant.

The newest addition to St Andrews Links, The Castle Course opened in 2008 becoming the seventh course at the Home of Golf. Set on a rugged cliff-top with spectacular views over St Andrews, this course offers a memorable golfing experience!

On the day there will be breakfast rolls on arrival and, after your round, you can enjoy a meal in the clubhouse and of course, the all-important prize-giving!

After a five-year hiatus, HIT the Bard is back, and what could be a more fitting venue than overlooking Tam O'Shanter's bridge in the Bard's hometown?

On Thursday, 23rd January 2025, we will be hosting THE Burns Supper of the Year at the Brig o'Doon House Hotel in Alloway! Hosted by BBC Presenter, Billy Kirkwood, the evening will be packed with top-class entertainment plus Ayrshire College will be adding some drama to the night, making it a truly immersive Burns experience.

HIT's Truffle Club is the business networking club for the hospitality industry attracting the great and the good from all sectors of the industry.

Each member has the opportunity to invite three guests to the fine dining lunches held at Glasgow’s 5-star Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel in October, February and June each year.

Every Truffle Club commences with a drinks reception in The Salon before moving through to the iasg restaurant where guests enjoy a three-course meal with specially selected wines.

A speaker rounds off the lunches with members then free to continue informal networking in the bar!

The HIT Futures Group is taking over Dockyard Social on Thursday 30th May, from 7pm – 11pm, for the greatest cowboy disco in the (wild) west of Scotland.
